Hallan muerta a universitaria en su cuarto
Personal de la Deincri Chanchamayo, investiga el deceso de la joven Deysi Meza Castro (19), estudiante de Contabilidad de la Upla sede La Merced, quien fue hallada muerta en la habitación que tenía alquilada ubicada en el Jr. José Vega Jáuregui s/n Pampa el Carmen de esta ciudad.

20 de Octubre de 2008 VLADIMIR ESTRADA ALARCON Ayacucho no tiene un solo psiquiatra LUIS LEDESMA AYACUCHO La salud mental requiere de un trabajo arduo y especializado en zonas envueltas en procesos de violencia como es el caso ayacuchano, es así, que estando de por medio las recomendaciones de la CVR en darle prioridad al tema de salud mental, poco o nada se hace al respecto. Una de las recomendaciones de la CVR fue sobre salud mental… Zonas como Ayacucho, Huancavelica y Apurímac requieren de un trabajo mucho más profundo en el tema de salud mental por razones de post guerra, lamentablemente esta recomendación solo es teórica. Cuántos especialistas en salud mental cuenta Ayacucho? Aunque parezca inverosímil somos cinco psicólogos que trabajamos en una región que acarrea muchos traumas post violencia en donde resulta hasta escalofriante pero no contamos con un solo psiquiatra por ejemplo, se ha hecho la convocatoria necesaria y nadie quiere venir a trabajar. ¿Por qué la gran cantidad de suicidios? Percibo que hay una gran cantidad de casos de procesos depresivos en jóvenes e incluso niños que no reflejan ningún tipo de atención por parte de quienes los rodean a nivel de interrelación social y familiar. Entonces pude ser crónico un proceso depresivo? Claro que sí, hay reflejos de vida que pueden generar incluso en estrés post traumático que es un trastorno ya establecido y que no deja que el ser humano pueda realizar sus actividades con normalidad por el recuerdo constante de hechos y viviendo en función a lo que les pasó años pasados

¿‘NUESTRA’ SALUD MENTAL ESTÁ ENFERMA?
Hace apenas tres días que celebrábamos el Día Mundial de la Salud Mental y, miren, cómo nuestros jóvenes ayacuchanos, unos al suicidarse lamentablemente, por ejemplo el estudiante de arqueología, y otros al cometer crímenes pasionales, el caso de ese muchacho que mató a su enamorada; nos están prácticamente llamando la atención por tenerlos acaso descuidarlos, por no protegerlos hasta que adquieran la madurez suficiente, o por simplemente no orientarlos en el cómo es que deben afrontar las dificultades de la vida.
¡Nuestra salud mental está enferma!
Esta enfermedad supone que el pensamiento humano de nuestros compatriotas no está siendo cultivado como recomiendan las ciencias psicológicas. O que las funciones cerebrales están siendo descuidadas, se van desmoronando como un castillo de arena y están viéndose afectadas por diferentes motivos, incluso tan simples en apariencia, y que pueden hacer su aparición en cualquier momento de la existencia, al margen de la edad específica de cada quien y hasta por asuntos de amor que luego devienen en desamor, por lo visto.

Los libros de autoestima han atestado los estantes de las bibliotecas escolares, se venden en cualquier esquina y se recomienda hasta en las lecturas de comunicación integral; pero, todo indica que las tenemos débil, ausente o pobre. No hemos aprendido aún que la corta vida que tenemos debemos de aprovecharla con inteligencia, oportunidad y optimismo; la educación que los padres alcanzamos a nuestros hijos, por obligación y por amor, no está demostrando ser suficiente; y la educación que ofrecen nuestros maestros, tampoco.
¡Nuestra salud mental está enferma!
En estas condiciones no estamos demostrando ser inmunes a los trastornos mentales (en la juventud, fundamentalmente, cuando debería ser al contrario), no importa en qué país vivamos o si somos económicamente ricos, algunos, o pobres, los demás. Las noticias que nos llegan desde todas partes, así están indicando. En los países ricos, por culpa de esa pésima educación que se permiten sus familias y sus escuelas; y en los países en desarrollo, por la pobreza, el abandono y la marginación que son los denominadores comunes que enmarcan las enfermedades mentales.

Es hora de reaccionar socialmente. De emprender campañas de orientación escolar en la escuela, el colegio y en las instituciones educativas superiores, pero no únicamente encargando la responsabilidad a los denominados tutores o profesores de aula, sino asumiendo todos y cada uno de los maestros, al margen de su condición específica y particular. En cuanto a las familias, igualmente, aprovechando doquier ocasión para indicarles que las dificultades de la vida son únicamente superables mientras se conserve la vida y se la respete.

Es hora de hacer causa común también en los medios de comunicación social, pero no únicamente en los informativos o programas de análisis y opinión, sino desde la apertura de la programación hasta el cierre. Pensemos en nuestros hijos y actuemos por todos.

Jose Vitonera, presidente del Atlético Torino, reveló que su entrenador Jorge Zúñiga, junto al futbolista Luís Tordoya, le comentaron al plantel que un dirigente del Sport Huancayo les había ofrecido 70 mil soles para perder el partido ante ellos.
“Nos han informado que el domingo en la noche el señor Jorge Zúñiga, entrenador del equipo, ingresó al hotel junto a Tordoya, que está sancionado, diciendo que habían recibido una llamada de una persona que no voy a decir su nombre pero que es del Sport Huancayo, y que les había ofrecido 70 mil soles para perder hoy ante ellos. Esto lo he informado a Talara, donde hay una molestia total. Ahora los jugadores tienen la responsabilidad de presentarse y ganar porque lo que me contaron es serio”, sostuvo Vitonera.
El presidente de la institución talareña confirmó que hoy de todas maneras pagarán la quincena que le deben al plantel. “Hoy vamos a pagar lo que se debe, la segunda quincena de noviembre y algunos premios, pero los jugadores deben entender que no podemos cumplir con su capricho: ellos quieren 3000 soles por haber eliminado al Porvenir Miraflores de Trujillo y al Renovación Pacifico, lo cual es descabellado. Ahora quieren la misma cantidad por cada partido del cuadrangular, imagínense todo lo que sumaria eso cerca de 15 mil soles por jugador. Y si a eso le agregamos al comando técnico nos daría un total de 300 mil soles. ¿De dónde sacamos ese dinero si no lo tenemos?”, dijo Vitonera.
Luego acotó: “Lo que hicieron ayer fue un chantaje y han condicionado su presencia para hoy si no pagamos. Iré a la Videna para recibir un dinero por los derechos de televisión que le toca a cada equipo. Pagaremos antes del partido, pero debe quedar claro: solo debemos la segunda quincena de noviembre y pagaremos los premios, para lo cual hemos puesto como tope 600 soles por partido ganado”, finalizo el titular del 'Taladro'.
